AAALAC 🌟 Celebrating an Inspirational Queen for International Women's History Month! 🌟 Ava Holly Lewis-Korth

In honor of International Women's History Month, we would like to recognize Ava Holly, a true queen who has made significant contributions in various areas throughout her life.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Ava's passion for the arts has been evident since a young age. She excelled in piano and voice lessons, receiving numerous awards for her talent. As President of the Drama Club in High School, Ava's leadership skills and dedication were already shining through. Her exceptional abilities led her to receive a four-year Fine Arts Scholarship to Penn State, and she continued her studies in Theatre at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and Herbert Berghof studios.

Ava's love for the arts transcends boundaries, as she pursued multiple avenues within the industry. Alongside running her own mobile disc jockey business and working in radio, she studied speech pathology to hone her voice-over skills. To this day, she continues to enjoy voice-over work and radio ventures. Additionally, Ava's diverse experience includes successfully running a DJ business for 11 years and managing her father's businesses. Her dedication to learning and growth led her to take writing and management classes, further enhancing her business prowess.

Recognizing her passion for networking and working with people, Ava immersed herself in the world of direct sales and network marketing. For 17 years, she ran a successful home-based business, utilizing her skills in hiring, buying, merchandising, and retail/wholesale industry knowledge. Alongside her business ventures, Ava also delved into the casino industry, learning different facets and spending 25 years in the industry, including time on the casino floor.

Ava's thirst for knowledge and passion for personal development led her to take writing classes and management courses. She actively engaged with various networking groups, realizing that networking had been a natural part of her life all along. In 2008, she launched 4 A STAR, an entertainment/events and promotions company that combined her management, networking, and arts experiences into one comprehensive platform. Through this company, Ava works with authors, artists, and professionals in the fashion and radio industries. She also offers event planning services, including wedding and proposal planning.

Not only is Ava a talented entrepreneur, but she is also a creative artist in her own right. She is an author, poet, and has a line of purses and accessories with a unique twist, which actively contributes to 21 charities across the country. Ava has also cultivated a successful blog with over 80,000 viewers and hosts her own online radio shows called "The Casual Chat", where she engages with her audience and discusses various topics of interest.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ava's personal journey has also been marked by resilience and dedication to making a positive impact. In 2009, she tragically lost her mother to brain cancer, which prompted her to start a foundation for Brain Cancer Research, working closely with the National Brain Tumor Society. She has even taken steps to establish a bill in the Senate office to recognize May 20th, her mother's birthday, as a day to support specific charities. In 2022, Ava herself was diagnosed with low-stage breast cancer and underwent radical surgery. This experience has further fueled her determination to raise awareness and find ways to eradicate this disease.

Ava's commitment to her community extends beyond her professional endeavors. She sits on two boards, actively participating in decision-making processes and making meaningful contributions. Additionally, she runs a mastermind series, which will launch again in the future at her newly established bed and breakfast. Her dedication to personal growth and community engagement is truly inspirational.

We salute Ava Holly for her outstanding achievements and unwavering commitment to her passions, community, and making a difference. Her resilience, determination, and relentless pursuit of personal development have made her a true queen of her crafts. As we celebrate International Women's History Month, we honor Ava Holly for her remarkable contributions, her indomitable spirit, and her dedication to empowering others through her various endeavors.
